The Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative and passionate Creative Technologist/Unreal/Unity/Touchdesigner/Notch Developer who loves building slick user interfaces, playing with particle systems, and bringing digital experiences to life. Whether you’re into full-time gigs or freelance flexibility, let’s talk.
What You’ll Be Doing (And Who We’re Looking For)
- Unity/Unreal Love: You’re all about Unity/Unreal and its ecosystem. C# is your thing, and you know your way around VFX graphs, shaders, lighting, and baking.
- Touchdesigner/Notch Magic - Bringing in particles and sensorics to live quickly and awesome!
- Real-Time 3D Magic: You’re driven by real-time visuals and are a wizard when it comes to squeezing every bit of power from particles and GPU rendering.
- Tech Playground: You’ll dive into VR/AR projects, WebGL exports, and real-world builds. Ideally got experience with devices like Azure Kinect, Zed2, Realsense, Computer Vision and iOT.
- Collaborative Spirit: You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and artists to create magical, immersive experiences that wow clients and users alike.
- Tinkerer Mindset: You’re naturally curious and love researching, experimenting, and pushing boundaries. We’ll challenge you, and we want you to challenge us back.

Remote Work or Home Office?
We are a physical-first company as we build IRL experiences, all our team members are located close to our offices. We encourage non-media breaking meetings. Meaning all physical, or all online.
Fridays
During Summer Fridays, spanning from the last Monday of May to the first Monday of September, we encourage our team to conclude their workday early, fostering a balance between work and leisure.
Self Control and self management
Most decisions can be taken by our teammembers, Creditcard allowances, travel, purchases, taking time off. If it feels right, it usually is.
