We’re looking for a versatile DevOps Engineer who’s equally at home managing infrastructure as they are collaborating on cutting-edge web applications. You’ll bridge the gap between system reliability and awesome user experiences, making sure everything runs smoothly from development to deployment.

• Collaborate closely with designers and developers to deliver engaging, high-performance digital experiences.
• Ensure applications are robust and reliable by actively contributing to quality assurance and testing.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, servers, monitoring systems, and deployment processes.
• Support deployment and rollout efforts, setting up exhibits, networks, and computers, and making sure the right team is in place.
• Travel occasionally to exciting locations around the world to support on-site deployments (we promise it won’t be all work—think pools and fun!).

• Frontend Development: Vue.js
• Backend Development: Node.js, MongoDB
• DevOps Expertise: AWS, DigitalOcean, CI/CD pipelines, server setup, monitoring, and optimisation
• QA and Troubleshooting: Detecting and fixing issues to maintain system stability

• Collaboration and caring about your co-workers
• Great communication and relationship-building with both team members and clients
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet
• An eagerness to combine technical work with real-world, hands-on problem solving

• Managing and maintaining hardware, software, and kiosk rollout platforms—both remotely and on-site
• Ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and scalable
